Yashika & James

From the moment we started planning Yashika and James’ October wedding, we knew this would be an elegant and timeless affair. From their venue choices to the intricate details, Yashika and James planned an evening their guests won’t soon forget!

Yashika and James chose the beautiful Northside United Methodist Church for their ceremony location. Despite the rainy weather, the church shined as the perfect backdrop for photos of Yashika and her bridesmaids.

With purple and apple green as her colors, Yashika’s bouquet featured ivory calla lilies, yellow freesia, green tea roses, ivory ranunculus, purple stock, and purple lisianthus.

As guests arrived for cocktail hour outside the Penthouse Ballroom at AmericasMart, they were delighted to find caricature artists available to create a lasting memory of the evening. What a fun favor idea!

When the Penthouse Ballroom doors opened for dinner, they revealed a room dressed for the occasion with beautiful flowing linens, uplighting in purples and greens, and a variety of sweeping floral arrangements.

Yashika and James’ cake is the perfect example of a beautiful finished product from an inspiration photo Yashika found in a bridal magazine.

AmericasMart provided the perfect look and feel for Yashika and James’ reception. We especially love this photo captured in the elevator on the way up to the reception.

Thank you to Yashika and James for choosing Wedding Belles to be a part of their wedding day. It was a delight to plan the wedding with Yashika, James, and Yashika’s mom, Dolores!
